How Vyron Telecom Inc. collects, uses, and protects your information, and where that information is held.
Effective date: March 2026 · Vyron Telecom Inc.
This document is provided in several languages for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version governs.
01Introduction▸
Vyron Telecom Inc. ("Vyron", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with our Quantum Cipher communication devices.
This policy applies to all users of the Vyron Telecom website, prospective and current customers, government partners, enterprise clients, and any individual who submits information through our contact channels.
Vyron operates separate sovereign regions. The region you are served under determines where your data is held and which law governs it. This copy of the policy describes the Canada region. If you are contracting from another region, read the policy for that region.
02Information We Collect▸
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you fill out our contact form, request a deployment briefing, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your full name, email address, phone number, organization name, job title, country of operation, and the nature of your inquiry.
We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on each page. This is collected through server logs and used solely for security monitoring and performance.
We do not collect, intercept, store, or have access to any voice communications, call metadata, encryption keys, session identifiers, contact lists, or messages transmitted through Vyron devices. The devices are built so that no third party, including Vyron Telecom, can reach user communications.
03How We Use Your Information▸
We use the personal information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide support; to coordinate deployment briefings and demonstrations; to send technical documentation, product updates, and security advisories relevant to your deployment; to comply with legal obligations including government procurement requirements; and to improve our website and services.
We will never use your personal information for unsolicited marketing, sell your data to advertisers, or share it with data brokers. All communication from Vyron Telecom relates directly to your inquiry or your existing agreement.
04Data Residency and Sovereignty▸
Personal data collected from customers served under the Canada region is stored exclusively within Canadian jurisdiction, on servers located in Ontario, Canada. We do not transfer that data to storage outside Canada.
The Quantum Key Management System serving this region operates entirely within Canadian jurisdiction. Encryption keys are generated, distributed, used, and destroyed inside Canada. No key material is transmitted to, routed through, or stored in another jurisdiction, including our other sovereign regions.
Regions are operated independently of one another. Data and key material are never moved between them, and staff in one region have no access to the key infrastructure of another.
This residency commitment is what lets us say your data is subject to Canadian jurisdiction and to no other. It does not, and cannot, exempt anyone from lawful process validly issued within Canadian jurisdiction itself.
05Your Rights Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)▸
Vyron Telecom Inc. complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the law governing how organizations in this region collect, use, and disclose personal information.
You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you; to access it on written request; to challenge its accuracy and have it corrected; to withdraw consent to its collection, use, or disclosure, subject to legal or contractual limits; and to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe your rights have been breached.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@vyrontelecom.com. We respond to access requests within 30 calendar days.
06Device Privacy Architecture▸
Vyron devices are built so that no party, including Vyron Telecom, can reach your communications. The measures below are architectural, not procedural.
Hardware-isolated trusted execution environment: all cryptographic operations, including key generation, storage, and destruction, happen inside a hardware-isolated environment physically separated from the main operating system. If the operating system is compromised, that environment is not.
Quantum random number generation: session keys are produced by quantum physical processes rather than pseudo-random algorithms, so they cannot be reproduced or pre-computed.
One call, one key: each call generates its own key, used for that call alone and overwritten with random data the moment the call ends. No key material persists on the device, in memory, or in the network.
No key escrow: we hold no copy of your keys, maintain no backdoor, and operate no lawful-intercept capability. There is nothing for us to hand over, which is a property of the design rather than a promise about our conduct.
07Cookies and Website Technologies▸
Our website uses only essential first-party cookies, strictly necessary for basic function such as holding session state during a form submission. They do not track you across other sites and are not used for advertising.
We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising or retargeting pixels, behavioural analytics platforms, social media tracking scripts, fingerprinting, or any form of cross-site tracking.
You may block cookies in your browser. The site continues to work without them, although form submission may be affected.
08Disclosure to Third Parties▸
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share limited information with service providers only as far as needed to deliver our services: email infrastructure for replying to inquiries, hosting for website operation within this region, and professional advisers under confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose information where required by law, in response to a court order, subpoena, or other legal process validly issued within Canadian jurisdiction. We do not respond to process issued outside Canadian jurisdiction in respect of data held in this region. We will notify you of any disclosure to the extent the law permits.
In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of the transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
09Data Security▸
We encrypt data in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256, limit access to authorised personnel, run regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, train staff on security, and maintain incident response procedures.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, as required by PIPEDA.
10Data Retention▸
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Contact form submissions and inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless you hold an active agreement. Information tied to an active contract is kept for the term of the agreement plus seven years for tax and legal compliance.
You may request deletion at any time at privacy@vyrontelecom.com. On a verified request we delete your information within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
11Children▸
Our website and services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and will delete it promptly if we discover we have.
12Where Your Information Goes▸
If you contact us through the Canada region, your information is transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada, which may have different data protection law from your country of residence. By using this region you consent to that transfer.
If you would rather be served under a different region, choose it using the region control in the site header before you contact us, or say so in your message.
13Changes to This Policy▸
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal obligations. Material changes are posted here with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, notified by email or a prominent notice on the site.
