These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vyron Telecom website, devices, software, and services. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Where you hold a separate written agreement with Vyron Telecom, that agreement governs to the extent it conflicts with these terms.

Vyron operates separate sovereign regions. This copy of the terms applies to customers served under the Saudi Arabia region.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you submit to that jurisdiction.

Your data and key material are held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and are subject to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. See the Privacy Policy for the residency commitment in full.

Our devices are cryptographic equipment and are subject to export control. You may only acquire, hold, or use them where doing so is lawful for you, and you are responsible for satisfying yourself that it is.

We supply qualified organizations: government bodies, enterprises, and operators of critical infrastructure. We may decline or discontinue supply at our discretion, including where an export control, sanctions, or procurement obligation requires it.

You will not re-export, transfer, or make our devices available to any person or destination prohibited by the export control or sanctions regime applying in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will not use our devices or services to commit an offence, to further one, or to conceal one.

You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or defeat the security of the devices or the key infrastructure, except to the extent that such a restriction cannot lawfully be imposed on you.

You will not attempt to obtain, derive, or reconstruct key material, whether your own or another party’s.

We warrant that the devices are built as described in our published technical documentation, and that we hold no key escrow, backdoor, or intercept capability.

We do not warrant that any system is beyond compromise. Our published boundaries are part of these terms: we do not protect against a compromised user or endpoint, against what happens off the device, against traffic metadata visible to a carrier, or against denial of service. Availability under attack is never absolute.

Except as stated here and as far as the law allows, the devices and services are provided as they are, without further warranty.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the devices and services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data, however arising.

These terms apply for as long as you use our website, devices, or services.

We may suspend or terminate your access where you breach these terms, where continuing would put us in breach of a legal obligation, or where an export control or sanctions obligation requires it.

On termination, your obligations under sections 3, 4, 6, and 8 survive.

Technical documentation, deployment briefings, and pricing we share with you are confidential. You will not disclose them except to those in your organization who need them, and who are bound to keep them confidential.

This does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no act of yours, that you already lawfully held, or that you are required by law to disclose.

We may update these terms. Material changes are posted here with a revised effective date. Continuing to use our website, devices, or services after that date means you accept the updated terms.
